Job Summary
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to take the next step in your career Join our high-performing Permanent Recruitment Division at Healthcare Australia (HCA) where youll partner with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in the healthcare sector.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a key role in client development candidate sourcing and the end-to-end recruitment process. Youll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships whilst delivering high-quality candidates and achieving targets.
Day to day you will...
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support growth
Proactively source screen and managing candidates through multiple channels
Provide candidates with advice on market trends salary levels and career opportunities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to placement
Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to team targets

Wed love to hear from recruiters who bring a strong knowledge of Nursing or Aged Care or experience in Homecare Allied health and Medical Imaging - and enjoy a role where you will have a mix of business development and great client delivery! Previous experience driving to achieve targets will be key to your success.
