Guest Relations Manager
Job Summary
- Welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized service throughout their stay
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements where necessary
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Supervise and train the guest relations team
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems
