What Youll Do

Customer Experience & Sales Support

• Be the first point of contact greet clients and create a welcoming professional experience

• Respond to calls emails and inquiries with speed and confidence

• Assist customers with questions scheduling and service coordination

• Identify opportunities to support sales efforts and enhance customer relationships

Office Operations & Admin

• Keep systems organized and up to date (CRM spreadsheets internal tools)

• Coordinate appointments calendars and follow-ups

• Support daily office operations and team projects

• Help streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Strong computer skills (Google Workspace Excel CRM systems or quick learner)
