FIFO Service Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced FIFO Service Supervisor to lead our Port Hedland Service Team supporting customers across the Pilbara.

This role is responsible for supervising a team of FIFO Field Service Technicians ensuring service activities are planned coordinated and delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in driving team performance managing customer relationships and supporting service growth across the region while ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives.

What you will be doing

• Team Leadership & Service Delivery: Supervise and support FIFO field technicians ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard
• Customer & Service Sales: Build strong relationships with customers identify service opportunities and support growth across the Pilbara region
• Operational Planning & Coordination: Manage scheduling resources and workloads to ensure service delivery targets are met
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure service quality standards are maintained including reporting documentation and compliance requirements
• People & Capability: Ensure team licences tickets inductions and competencies are current and support ongoing development
• Reporting & Documentation: Oversee timely and accurate completion of service reports quotations and job documentation
• Continuous Improvement & Growth: Identify opportunities to improve service delivery support planning and contribute to operational growth

Qualifications :

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting Hydraulics or similar
• 5 years experience in field service or working with hydraulic systems
• Previous experience leading or supervising field service teams
• Strong knowledge of mining or heavy industry environments ideally within the Pilbara
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive service outcomes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage teams and customers effectively
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety outcomes
