About the role
Were looking for a Head of Delivery to lead FYIs delivery function ensuring consistent high-quality outcomes as we scale.
In this role you will lead a team of Delivery Managers bringing structure clarity and discipline to how work moves from idea through to release. You will be responsible for aligning delivery practices across teams and improving predictability and employee performance.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable delivery systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Delivery Managers and our Quality Manager setting clear expectations for performance accountability and delivery excellence.
- Own delivery outcomes across all streams ensuring consistency quality and predictability in how work is delivered.
- Enhance and refine delivery frameworks processes and operating rhythms to support scalable and efficient execution.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices including Agile ways of working planning discipline and SDLC standards.
- Partner with senior leaders Product and Client Success to align priorities capacity and delivery outcomes.
- Extensive experience in delivery leadership within a SaaS or software environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery SDLC and managing multiple concurrent delivery streams.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to engage with APIs integrations and system behaviour.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
- Experience operating in fast-moving high-growth environments where structure clarity and performance are critical.
Youll need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks as part of our standard recruitment process.
