Assembly Technician
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Wafer Processing
- Cleave wafers into bars and prepare them for further processing (e.g. AR coating)
Assembly
- Assemble semiconductor dies onto carriers using soldering techniques
- Perform wire bonding of components
Quality Control
- Perform quality checks such as pull tests and shear tests
- Ensure components meet required quality standards
- Work closely with multiple departments across the organization
- Support both development and production-related activities
- Secondary education (high school diploma)
Language
- Swedish required
- English is preferred
- Careful structured and quality-focused
- Efficient and hands-on in your work
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Work is performed in a production and lab environment
- Involves handling sensitive semiconductor materials and components
