What youll do

• Clean and properly store kitchen utensils equipment and tableware across all outlets
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including floors work surfaces and refrigeration units
• Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment correctly
• Sort and dispose of waste in line with environmental and hygiene standards
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and report shortages to supervisors
• Support the kitchen team in daily operations and assist with basic prep tasks such as cleaning vegetables or transporting goods
• Follow all HACCP standards and internal hotel procedures
• Work flexibly across different outlets as required by operations

Qualifications :

• Reliable careful and detail-oriented working style
• Flexible and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work across different outlets including weekends public holidays and evening shifts
• Experience in a kitchen or stewarding environment is a plus
