OES Equipment part of the DPR Family of Companies is a fast-paced supply and rentalequipment company in the construction industry seeking a detail-orientedOffice Coordinatortoassistour team and provide excellent customer service at ourDallas-Fort Worthlocation.

The Office Coordinator will support daily office operations by coordinating administrative tasks office suppliesfacilitiesneeds and meetinglogistics. In addition they will perform basic receptionist and front desk duties.They will work under general guidance to ensure the office environment is organized functional and welcoming.Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports office supply ordering inventory tracking and organization of shared spaces.

  • Assistswith meetinglogistics food orders and internal event setup.

  • Coordinates basic facilities needs and communicates issues to building management.

  • Supports office administrative tasks including but not limited to data entry office related recordspurchasingcards and fleet coordination.

  • Provides front desk and reception support including greeting visitors answering phones and managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

  • Maintains office cleanliness organization and readiness for employees and guests.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communicationand customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computerproficiency(email calendars spreadsheets workflow systems).

  • Comfort working independently while supporting multiple teams.

  • Reliable proactive and attentive to detail.

  • Professional and pleasant demeanor.

  • Able toidentifyand resolves issues.

  • Bilingual in Spanish.

Education and Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration coordination or customer facing support.

  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Experience with billing tasks/software a plus.

  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Positionis required tobe in-person Monday through Friday with hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with an hour lunch break from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

  • Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally.
