About My Guardian

The Service Coordinator is a front-line position acting as a representative of My Guardian providing the services offered by the company.
The role will be full-time on-site at our Sydney Olympic Park Head Office.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Coordinate staff rostering and scheduling to ensure all shifts are effectively covered and services run smoothly.
Build strong relationships with clients and families delivering a high-quality customer-focused support experience.
Provide on-call support on a rotating roster to manage urgent shift changes and ensure continuity of care.
Support mentor and train staff encouraging professional growth and high service standards.
Work closely with clients carers and Case Managers to help achieve individual care goals and outcomes.
Assist with NDIS and aged care program coordination including service delivery budget reviews and compliance.
Coordinate client-related services and resources including maintenance clinical products and other support needs.
Contribute to smooth office operations including stakeholder communication record management and general administration.
The successful candidate must have:
Ability to work independently
- Bilingual languages are a major plus especially Greek speaking
Excellent communication and listening skills
Compassionate patient and caring nature
High level of organisational skills
Competent using Google Docs and able to learn business systems quickly
Sound computer skills in Office and Excel (or similar)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
