We are looking for a Casual Food Services Supervisor to join our team at Bendigo Hospital. You will lead and supervise a large Food Services team to deliver safe highquality services in full compliance with the Downer Food Safety Program internal controls and service specifications. This role also supports the smooth running of the Food Services operation by overseeing rostering and payroll managing inventory and equipment and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
What Youll Do
Lead and supervise a large Food Services team to deliver safe compliant and highquality services.
Oversee daily food service operations staff performance coaching and issue resolution.
Manage rostering and payroll to meet service needs budget and Enterprise Agreement requirements.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety HACCP and workplace health and safety standards.
Build strong relationships with clinical teams chefs dieticians and key stakeholders.
About you:
Experience supervising large food services teams ideally in a healthcare or regulated setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP and workplace health and safety requirements.
Proven ability to manage rostering payroll and staffing within EA and budget constraints.
Confident people leader with strong coaching performance and communication skills.
Organised and detailfocused with the ability to manage operations and stakeholders effectively.
