Overview:

We are hiring a remote Phone Receptionist / Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative to help manage customer calls book appointments and follow up with leads via phones messages and emails.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and quickly.
• Create a warm personal and trustworthy first impression for every customer.

• Help customers feel comfortable coming in to sell their luxury handbags jewelry gold diamonds or watches.

• Answer questions on business processes and sell on Why Us

• Explain the basic process of our business
• Book customer appointments with the appropriate team or office.

• Process returns for our online store

• Call back missed calls and inbound leads.

• Follow up with customers who missed or canceled appointments.

• Support basic outbound customer follow-up including appointment reminders and loan payment reminders when needed.
• Communicate with the internal team to make sure customers are handled properly.

Qualifications:

• Strong phone communication skills.

• Experience using modern AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude

• Outgoing personable and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and customer follow-up.
• Comfortable using basic online tools phone software email messaging platforms included by not limited to Instagram GMAIL Shopify.
• Able to take feedback and improve quickly.
