Nobu Restaurant Commis Waiter

As a Commis Waiter in Nobu Restaurant you will support the floor team in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. From preparing mise en place and clearing tables to anticipating needs and assisting colleagues you will ensure every service runs smoothly and reflects Nobus crafted hospitality.

You will

• Collaborate with waiting staff to ensure tables are cleared cleaned and reset promptly
• Prepare and polish mise en place ensuring service stations are fully stocked each day
• Observe tables and alert the waiting team if guests need assistance
• Answer guest questions confidently and demonstrate strong menu knowledge
• Carry trays plates and glassware safely and efficiently
• Maintain a tidy dining area and ensure stations are free of dirty plates or dishes
• Support colleagues across the restaurant and hotel as required
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a crafted personalised experience
• Demonstrate a proactive and positive approach to work every day
• Embody Nobu values of Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro in all guest interactions

What Were Looking For

You bring a passion for hospitality and ideally experience in a restaurant or luxury hotel. You are organised proactive and eager to learn with a genuine smile and a collaborative spirit. With strong communication skills and attention to detail you take pride in supporting your team and creating memorable guest experiences.
