Job Summary

Job Description

The Precision Assembler is responsible for assembling various products according to engineering specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electrical motors and subassemblies using detailed work instructions drawings and specifications
• Perform precision mechanical and electrical assembly of components such as rotors stators shafts bearings windings and housings
• Use hand tools torque tools presses gauges and fixtures to complete assembly tasks
• Verify parts orientation and tolerances to ensure proper motor function
• Perform in-process inspections and final checks to ensure assemblies meet quality standards
• Identify and report defects nonconforming parts or process issues
• Follow all safety policies procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (6S standards)

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
