- Preparing and cookingbreakfast menuitems with accuracy efficiency and presentation in line with Bacis standards
- Performing opening duties and morning prep to ensure a smooth andtimelyservice
- Learning and mastering the details of our breakfast offerings to ensure consistency and quality
- Minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of ingredients and supplies
- Maintaininga high levelof cleanliness organization and food safety in all areas of the kitchen
- Ensuring proper care maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and tools
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen team to support smooth operations
- Takingdirectionfrom the Director of Food & Beverage and supporting overall kitchen goals
- Using sound judgment and leadership skills in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
- Contributing to a positive and respectful team culture while helping drive continual improvement
- Playing a key role in creating extraordinary experiences for our guestsone breakfast at a time
- Performingadditionalduties as assigned to support the culinary team
What You BringToTheTable
- Experience withbanquet catering orhigh volumekitchen environments
- Excellent knife skills and deep knowledge of cooking techniques
- Safe Food Handlers Certificate (Required)
- Culinary Trade Certification or Read Seal (an asset)
- A passion for food and a drive to do your best every shift
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends andevent basedhours
