Job Description

The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking aMid-LevelTraining Specialistto presentOpen SourceIntelligence (OSINT) training and tradecraft instruction for DIA/NDOC and potentially the DIE stakeholders and our FVEY ideal candidate will bringstrongcommunicationskills sound judgement and the ability tooperateeffectively in a dynamic mission-focused position will belocatedat one of our customer sites in Bethesda MD; Reston VA; or Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.

Responsibilities Include:

• Execute allfacetsof the trainingpreparation and presentationfor various training types including instructor-led courses web-based and online training blended learning and performance support.
• Conduct needs assessments and training needs analyses includinggaps contextual and root-cause analyses.
• Selectand recommend innovative instructional and learning strategies and associatedtechnologies tooptimizelearning and achieve learningobjectives.
• Create and conduct training evaluations both formative and summative across all levels for maximum impact.
• Work in conjunction with the NOSC and DOSC combined subcommittee on Training and Tradecraft to develop and implement tradecraft notes.
• Recommendadditionalcourse modules or updates based onstudent feedbackevolving threats changing operational environment of the internet new missions or other customer requirements.

Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.

Required Experience Skills and Education:

• U.S. Citizenship required per program requirements.

• Bachelors degree or additional years of experience in lieu of degree are acceptable.

• Four years of experience developing and presenting OSINT training with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the field will be considered.

• Bachelors degree or a total of 7 years of experience developing and presenting OSINT training.

Preferred Experience Skills and Education:

• Training/teaching certification

• Proficiencywith OSINT tools platforms and analytic techniques.

• OSINT certification(for example EOSINT USMC OS301 or OS302 Army ONI OSINT Fundamentals DIA BOTC NGA OSINT SOCOM NERD).

• Experience working with eLearning and online training platforms such as AGILE and BLACKBOARD.

• Prior experience with customerDoWstakeholders or IC.

• Prior experience working with FVEY partners.
