Position Summary:

TheAccountantPayrolland Financial Reportingwillbe reporting to theDirectorCorporate Accountingand is a key contributor inhigh-volume payroll accounting operations and month-end closeprocesses. Thisroleisresponsible forpreparing payroll-related journal entries managing payroll cash transactions accruals and recurring balance sheet reconciliations while ensuringaccuratebalance sheet and P&L reporting in compliance with SOX and internal control standards. Partnering closely with Payroll and Accounting teams the role supports financial close variance analysis audit requirements and thetimelydelivery of payroll accounting processes in a control-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Payroll Accounting & Journal Entry Management

• Prepare payroll journal entries and ensureaccurateandtimelyuploadinto NetSuite ERP.

• Ensure payroll costs are properly mapped to the correct cost centers departments and account classificationsin accordance withCompany policies.

• Prepare and process payroll-related cash transactions including weekly reconciliations of payroll cash accounts.

• Prepare payroll and T&E accruals as well asreclassification ofjournal entries asrequired.

• Account Reconciliations & Financial Controls

• Complete monthly reconciliations of payroll-related general ledger accounts in compliance with SOX requirements and internal control standards.

• Perform monthly flux and variance analysis on selected payroll accountsidentifyingand explaining key movements.

• Ensure accuracy completeness and proper supporting documentation for all payroll-related balance sheet accounts.

• Reporting Analysis & Audit Support

• Support theAccounting Manager Payroll Accountinginpreparing ad hoc analysis financial reporting and management reporting requirements.

• Assistin audit requests by providing supporting schedules reconciliations and documentation related to payroll and T&E accounts.

• Ensuretimelyandaccuratecompletion of deliverables in support of month-end quarter-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or a related field

• At least1year ofexperiencein AccountingandFinancewith exposure topayroll

• Experience withERP system isrequired preferably NetSuite

• Good working knowledge of journal entries accruals reclassifications and account reconciliations

• Advancedproficiencyin Excel and Google Suite

• Proficiencyin digital tools and software is an advantage

• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration withPayroll Finance and cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilitieswith the capacity to managerecurring monthly and close deadlines

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion

• Demonstrated ability to workcollaboratively in a growing team environment

Work Arrangement:

• Earn up to 80000/month depending on the experience
