As a Margin & Collateral Associate in our Margin & Collateral team you promote key initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives from intake through implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
- Develop project plans milestones and status reporting to track progress and risks.
- Analyze data and operational metrics to identify trends gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate dependencies communications and governance to ensure timely execution.
- Proactively identify risks and issues escalating with options and recommended actions.
- Continuously improve processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and control.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects or initiatives in a fast-paced stakeholder-heavy environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Analytical problem-solving skills including comfort working with data and metrics
- Proven ability to manage priorities timelines and deliverables with attention to detail
Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities
- Experience working in financial services or a highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methods and related ceremonies
- Proficiency with common productivity and tracking tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Excel PowerPoint)
- Exposure to process improvement methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) or operating model design
