Job Summary

Deputise for the CO as necessary.
Maintain currency of the Regts Standing Orders and Standing Operation Procedures.
In liaison with the Adjt and UESO conduct civilian and employer engagement activities as required.
Lead in the planning and execution of Regt level FTXs.
Conduct monthly G4 & G7 assurance visits to Sqn locations.
Lead for Offr development both Potential and serving Offrs.
BPT commit circa 60 RSDs each TY.
Officers Mess PMC.
Lead in the planning and execution of the COs Sword competition.
Any other duty directed by the Commanding Officer.
