The Opportunity

This is a role based in Bogotá Colombia. As a Sr. Project Manager you will be responsible for translating complex problems into elegant solutions and shaping business technology strategies managing digital platforms and delivering on complex global projects.. This role will lead cross-functional teams to manage and implement new technology solutions mentor engineers and will act as an evangelist and SME for these digital platforms. An. With a focus on providing senior technical leadership this role will be a key influencer of Abbotts modernization of our digital & marketing technology capabilities. Solving complex problems across diverse business and consumer requirements.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Be the SME for the technology and business process & challenges it solves

• Communicate across multiple functions leading teams with competing priorities

• Being able to understand complex business requirements and creating near & long-term strategies

• Work with architects to build platform & capability roadmaps

• Manage multiple IT projects withfinancial and resource constraints

• Shift priorities across projects toensure successful completion

• Supervise project teams

• Serve as a motivator quicklyassessing and resolving barriers

• Communicate effectively with leaderson status

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelors Degree

• 5-10 years of IT/Software Project / Program Management

• Min 3 years leading large global projects

• Experience with compliance and consent platforms OneTrust highly preferred

• Advanced-level knowledge of 3 or more of the following technologies: mobile/web frameworks marketing technologies commerce technologies hybrid cloud security and privacy IoT event streaming AI/machine learning microservices APIs SOA and/or messaging

• English language (business proficiency)

PreferredQualifications

• Experience in building/implementing digital and marketing technologies.

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and related platforms.

• Experience in Domain Driven Design Event Storming or similar methods or practices.

• Expertise with modern technology stacks API strategies microservices public cloud and programming languages.
