Job Description

Provide project leadership across complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Lead onboarding efforts for eligible rural providers
Oversee personnel resources and manage technical vendor support
Collaborate with government agencies and other stakeholders to define KPIs and drive continuous quality improvement
Support procurement activities vendor oversight and policy analysis
Provide guidance and leadership on the usage and support of development platforms technical architectures and business applications
Apply deep understanding of application development and architecture to support technical decisionmaking
Perform analysis visual design development data analysis testing and implementation activities
Develop and maintain technical and user documentation
Support software conversions system maintenance and production support activities
