The Adventure Ahead:
The Sales & Marketing Specialist supports B2B lead generation nurtures customer relationships and helps drive brand visibility. This role bridges sales outreach with marketing initiatives to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence. This hybrid (3 days in office) role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people and helping bring marketing ideas to life. Youll help identify new customers support sales conversations and assist in executing creative marketing campaigns that fuel company growth.
- Support sales outreach efforts through email social media and events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns
- Develop sales collateral and marketing content (presentations brochures social posts newsletters)
- Maintain CRM data and track engagement
- Competitive intelligence including monitoring competitors and market trends
- Provide reporting on campaign performance
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or the equivalent education and /or experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and build relationships with a variety of people
- Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and building rapport
- Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling
- Understanding and interest in digital marketing (email social media content)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Results-driven and eager to learn
- Preferred experience with CRM software (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)
- Preferred experience in social media email automation or content creation
- Preferred familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards
