The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) Systems Tools & Integration organization is seeking a Procurement Multi Family Manager - (Level K) to join our dynamic team in Ridley Park Pennsylvania Hazelwood Missouri Houston Texas Huntsville Alabama Mesa Arizona Seattle Washington and Washington District of Columbia.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
- Acquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of systems and tools.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes.
- Manages develops and motivates employees.
- Responsible for implementing and integrates business solutions across BDS systems and tools.
- Manage Supply Chain System Access to include data access security and compliance process
Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be require to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift:
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- More than 5 years of Supply Chain Experience
- Understanding principles and practices of Access Controls Data Security & Data Governance
- More than 3 years of experience with Data Analysis & Management
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader temp manager large scale cross functional project/program management or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelors degree or higher
- More than 3 years of experience leading and/or Managing Projects & Teams
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Summary pay range: Mesa AZ Hazelwood MO and Huntsville Alabama:
$114750 - $141750
Summary pay range: Ridley Park PA Houston TX Seattle WA and Washington DC: $122400 - $151200
