The Compliance Analyst provides administrative and operational support to the Corporate Compliance program. This role coordinates regulatory documentation manages compliance tracking systems maintains licensure and credentialing records supports vendor screening processes and assists with compliance reporting and regulatory filings. The position serves as a central coordination point for compliance operations by organizing documentation tracking regulatory deadlines maintaining compliance systems and supporting the development of monitoring tools and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance Program Support
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Corporate Compliance program and Chief Compliance Officer
- Maintain compliance calendars including reporting deadlines committee meetings licensure renewals and regulatory submissions
- Prepare meeting agendas materials and supporting documentation
- Record and distribute meeting minutes for compliance committees and workgroups
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for compliance documentation
- Reporting and Documentation
- Assist with preparation and distribution of compliance reports for leadership committees and regulatory agencies
- Maintain tracking systems for regulatory activities compliance tasks and reporting requirements
- Support development and maintenance of compliance dashboards and reporting tools
- Licensure and Credentialing
- Track organizational licensure permits and regulatory approvals across all locations
- Monitor expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals
- Maintain records of licensure applications approvals and regulatory correspondence
- Assist with preparation and submission of documentation to licensing agencies
- Support organization and maintenance of provider credentialing files
- Vendor and Exclusion Screening
- Coordinate vendor and contractor screening including checks against exclusion databases such as the OIG LEIE
- Maintain documentation logs related to screening activities
- Data Management and Analytics
- Maintain structured spreadsheets and tracking tools for compliance monitoring
- Support development and maintenance of dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
- Update data sources and ensure reporting accuracy
- Assist in preparing data summaries and visualizations for leadership reporting
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Nursing Business Administration Compliance or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative compliance or healthcare operations roles preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and regulatory requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PBI Word Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Analytics tools e.g. Tableau Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining organized documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Must possess a valid state driver license.
- Must maintain automobile insurance as required by law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in hospice preferred but not required.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Demonstrates good communications skills negotiation skills and public relation skills.
- Effective social interaction communication and organizational skills and the ability to perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
