Job Summary

Who We Are Looking ForThe Protective Intelligence Center (PIC) supports Crisis24s Private Strategic Group (PSG) fulfilling a critical mission: We aim to proactively identify assess and mitigate threats and hazards to our Principals and client enterprises and the respective Crisis24 Agents and Analysts who keep them safe. The PIC leverages advanced technology all-source intelligence and internal subject matter experts to provide timely accurate and actionable intelligence. We are looking for mission driven people with diverse skillsets who can make our program even more capable; people who can think critically and creatively under high-stress conditions. Our team is comprised of a multidisciplinary group of intelligence professionals with an innate desire to protect and help others. We strive for professional excellence intellectual humility and poise under You Will Work OnIn your role as an Analyst Protective Intelligence you will be responsible for triaging reporting and monitoring as it relates to new or emerging security incidents with the potential to impact Crisis24 PSGs your role you may also be asked to proactively identify track and assess known and emerging risks provide incident response & triage travel risk support security assessments online research and investigations. You will also receive training on investigative and threat assessment techniques and best practices in furtherance of the PICs protective mission. You will monitor a wide variety of threat vectors including open-source and closed-source datasets and feeds geopolitical events civil unrest natural hazards crime terrorism cyber-kinetic events vector borne diseases and other health concerns in support of internal business functions and client contracts. You will also be responsible for fielding operational and logistical requests for information (RFIs) to facilitate ad-hoc secure transport and executive protection workflows. This position will primarily operate during U.S. Eastern time zone business hours (08:00 16:10 ET) covering consistent shifts Monday through Friday. The role will also help provide coverage for open shifts if needed during holiday nighttime or weekend You Will Work WithYou will work closely with the rest of the PIC in a largely virtual capacity. Regular weekend shift work will be required. On a day-to-day basis you will most frequently interact with the Protective Intelligence Analysts on shift with you along with any Lead Analysts Manager or Director who may be working at the time (contingent upon time of day). There is shift turnover at the start and end of every shift as well as daily standup meetings with internal PIC leadership Monday through Friday. What You Will Bring Required QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent work critical thinking skills sound judgment meticulous attention to detail and an aptitude for rapidly assimilating new -source intelligence (OSINT) skills; including the ability to collect assess and rapidly assimilate information into concise actionable written reports or with news reporting sources social media channels and other channels for real-time monitoring of current to assimilate and effectively leverage new knowledge of basic IT interest in supporting physical security and operational for clear and effective written and verbal communications under time-sensitive to assess information quickly and accurately for credibility relevance and to establish priorities multi-task work independently and complete objectives in a fast-paced and demanding work knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and flexibility and the ability to work off-hours and weekend maintain a high degree of level of discretion integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in protective intelligence threat analysis military intelligence law enforcement or corporate security ability to assess complex threat environments and provide clear actionable geopolitical awareness knowledge of global events and cultural written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior stakeholders.
