Roles and Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Design endtoend Salesforce solutions across clouds (Sales Experience Platform Data Cloud Agentforce) that meet business scalability and performance requirements.
- Define and govern integration Strategy
- Build and create security framework around SFDC instances.
- Own Salesforce data models master data strategy data quality security sharing retention and compliance (PII GDPR SOC HIPAA as applicable).
- Design role hierarchies sharing models permission sets license strategies SSO OAuth and enforce Salesforce security best practices.
- Architect scalable org strategies (single org vs multiorg) sandbox strategy CI/CD release management and environment governance.
- Ensure solutions respect Salesforce governor limits optimize performance and scale for highvolume data users and transactions.
- Architect intelligent automation using Flows Apex Einstein Agentforce agents and generative AI while ensuring trust observability and cost controls.
- Define architectural principles reference architectures design patterns code standards and conduct design reviews and solution governance.
- Partner with business leaders product owners security data and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical architecture.
- Guide developers and admins unblock teams review designs/code and ensure ontime delivery with high quality and minimal technical debt.
