What Youll Be Doing & Your Impact:
Provide high-level administrative support serving as a trusted partner and extension of the AI Agent Security executive office. Provide limited administrative support to direct leadership staff as needed.
Manage complex high-volume calendars including coordination of meetings with senior executives staff meetings all-hands calls and leadership forums.
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel including itineraries travel documentation and preparation and submission of expense reports.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion exercising sound judgment in all internal and external interactions.
Proactively identify urgent issues requests or calls and take appropriate action to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare executive correspondence; create edit and format spreadsheets presentations and reports; and support special projects as required.
Operate effectively in a remote environment with flexibility for early-morning hours to support international stakeholders and time zones.
Foster strong human connections across the organization and with external partners. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence professionalism and presence in live interactionsby phone video and in person.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
Minimum of 8 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior-level executives preferably within a Marketing organization.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities exercise discretion and independently assess urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking capabilities with the ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication excellence with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Experience managing budgets expense reporting and administrative tracking or reporting.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
