* Understand and execute tasks based on defined instructions procedures and guidelines including adapting to new releases.
* Create flow diagrams from requirements and translate processes into structured sequential workflows.
* Perform repetitive and complex tasks efficiently with high quality minimal guidance and quick turnaround when required.
* Manage multiple assignments prioritize effectively meet deadlines and take ownership of daily targets.
* Use software tools for data capture follow organizational processes and communicate results including escalating issues or uncertainties.

Key job responsibilities

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in English communications technical writing or a related field or comparable job experience
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities or experience with automation and any version control tools

- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry
- Familiarity with IVR/contact flow design concepts such as routing attributes integrations (e.g. Lambda) and case management.
