Corporate Specs & Standards Technician (Office-AdminClerical)

Job Description The Corporate Specs & Standards Technician is responsible for publishing and maintaining specification documents in alignment with established processes and electronic publishing standards. This role ensures document quality through rigorous control checks promptly addressing irregularities and coordinating resolution. The technician provides daily support to the department and Packaging Engineers assisting with systems related to specifications and standards. Key responsibilities include creating and modifying specifications tracking changes and developing reporting systems. The role also supports conversion of documents for new products Packaging Artwork Change Management (ePADEx system) and SAP-related tasks. A strong understanding of SOPs regulations and compliance policies is required along with flexibility to manage additional projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain specification documents following electronic publishing standards.

• Perform quality control checks and coordinate issue resolution.

• Provide daily support for Packaging Engineers and departmental needs.

• Create modify and track specifications and standards.

• Support document conversion for new products and packaging artwork changes (ePADEx).

• Provide SAP system support.

• Maintain knowledge of SOPs regulations and compliance policies.

• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Technical Skills Must Have

• Effective cross-functional collaboration with QA and other departments.

• Knowledge of Oral Care products and toothpaste formulation including digital innovation tools (e.g. Enovia).

• Project management experience in global organizations and technically complex projects.

• Familiarity with R&D systems supporting product launches.
