Location: Mounds View MN 55112
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Job Summary

IT-focused Business Analyst role working at the intersection of data business processes and technology helping drive data-driven decisions and system improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business leaders to understand strategies and improvement opportunities
Analyze data sets to identify trends and actionable insights
Define business use cases for process and system improvements
Gather and document business requirements
Collaborate with IT Product Owners BRMs and stakeholders
Support solution delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
Drive business agenda during project execution
Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
