The AES Group Inc. is seeking a talented and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technology this role you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining secure scalable and high-performing IT infrastructure that supports business-critical applications and enterprise operations.

This position is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in systems infrastructure cloud environments virtualization and network administration who thrives in fast-paced mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design deploy configure and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems including servers storage virtualization and cloud platforms
• Monitor infrastructure health availability and performance to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
• Manage Windows and Linux server environments across development testing and production systems
• Administer cloud infrastructure across AWS Azure or hybrid environments
• Perform patch management upgrades backups and disaster recovery planning
• Troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents and provide timely root cause resolution
• Collaborate with network security and application teams to support integrated IT operations
• Implement infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture processes and system changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
• 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering systems administration or related technical roles
• Strong experience with Windows/Linux server administration
• Hands-on knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS DHCP VPN firewalls and routing
• Proficiency in scripting tools such as PowerShell Bash or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Administrator VMware VCP or similar
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
