Pay: $22/hr (pay is competitive and based on experience)

Schedule: Full time Monday Friday

Location: Chandler AZ surrounding areas

AIMS Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Specialist to support our accounting team with invoice processing vendor payments and daily AP operations. This is an on site role in a stable fast growing company with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately using Sage Intacct and TimberScan Titanium
• Verify approvals coding and supporting documentation
• Prepare and process vendor payments (checks & electronic)
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Assist with month end and year end close
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal teams
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• General understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
• Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment
• Must pass pre employment drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Construction industry experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and meet deadlines
• Professional dependable and eager to learn
