Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Princeton NJ (Hybrid role 3 days Onsite per week)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Description:

**It would be better if they are located in New Jersey New York or Pennsylvania or any state near the location.

Must Have

4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
3 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile/Scrum and ITIL practices
Experience writing user stories BRDs FRDs and functional specifications
Strong communication skills

Strong Preference

Experience in higher education
ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA CAD CIS)
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development
