Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a SAFe Scrum Master / Digital Coach in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Guide Agile Teams through the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 6.0) promoting high performance continuous learning and ongoing improvement.
- Facilitate all Agile iteration events (Planning Sync Review Retrospective) as a servant leader.
- Lead and support teams in PI Planning preparation and execution aligning with Agile Release Train (ART) cadence.
- Optimize team flow by managing Kanban boards visualizing work and using OKR metrics for continuous improvement.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies including Scrum Kanban Flow Built-in Quality and BDD.
- Foster T-shaped skill development and a culture of psychological safety transparency and trust.
- Proactively identify address and resolve team impediments and conflicts.
- Collaborate strategically with Product Owners and cross-team members to maximize solution value and coordinate integrated delivery.
- Actively participate in and contribute to Communities of Practice (CoPs) and organizational learning.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of Agile tools (Jira Software Confluence FigJam Jira Align AgilityInsights).
- Maintain active SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification (required); advanced certifications (SAFe SASM SPC 6.0 RTE ICAgile) preferred.
- Possess minimum 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large enterprise settings.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to Lean-Agile values and continuous learning.
