Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Remote Full Stack Developer role for a retail client (preference for candidates in TX or FL)
- 3 5 years of professional experience as a full stack developer required
- Strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX focusing on functions flows and APIs
- Familiarity with WebRTC SIP or VoIP systems
- Proficiency in Typescript Go JavaScript or Python
- Experience with React or another modern frontend framework
- Backend development experience with Python Java or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions AWS Jenkins etc.)
- Comfortable working with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform CloudFormation etc.)
- Experience with RESTful APIs integrations and asynchronous systems
- Familiarity with contact center analytics and reporting solutions
- Video interview required; background check required; no drug screening
- LinkedIn profile required for all submissions
