Job Summary
Job Description:-
We are looking for a creative and experienced Manual Jewellery Designer specializing in
diamond-studded gold jewellery. The ideal candidate will combine strong artistic ability with
commercial awareness contribute to innovative design development manage a team of
designers and work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional jewellery
collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with the organizations vision design standards and product
specifications.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge and command over manual jewellery design
processes from concept to final sketch.
- Develop original design concepts and present sample designs to management
recommending multiple options and innovative alternatives.
- Balance creativity with commercial viability while designing market-relevant
jewellery pieces.
- Conduct regular discussions and consultations with the manager to evaluate design
ideas options and improvements.
- Sketch and illustrate concepts clearly to help visualize the final product.
- Research trends analyse market preferences and develop design briefs for seasonal
and special jewellery collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet quality feasibility and cost
expectations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in manual designing in Jewellery industry.
- Knowledge of Corel Draw Rendering & Shading & CAD knowledge is must.
- In-depth knowledge of diamond jewellery construction and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate ideas and client needs into practical appealing designs.
