Job Overview:
The resource will assist FCI in constructing and refining user stories based on enduser requirements and support Agile delivery across IAM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct and refine user stories based on enduser requirements
Assist Scrum Masters with user story refinement and estimation using JIRA
Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across Access Management Identity Lifecycle Management and Privileged Access Management
Ensure IAM governance structures comply with defined policies and standards
Ensure IAM core capabilities operations business usage and application integrations adhere to governance frameworks
Produce analytical reports based on data analysis user input and system testing
Identify patterns discrepancies inefficiencies and areas of improvement and support solution development

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM / IDAM)
Handson experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
Proficiency in JIRA
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
