What Youll Do

In this role youll be a key part of a small high-performing team supporting enterprise IT systems and end users. Youll:

• Support the implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
• Manage and monitor client/server storage and network environments
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support
• Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches updates and configuration changes
• Manage user accounts password resets VPN access and PKI-related tasks
• Configure and maintain Windows Linux and UNIX systems
• Support virtualized and storage environments
• Document processes SOPs and troubleshooting procedures
• Contribute to reports and technical deliverables
• Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues

Youll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprisedelivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.

Work Environment

• On-site support: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Small team environment (<10 people) with strong collaboration
• Direct interaction with end users and mission stakeholders

What You Bring

Youre a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
• Bachelors degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
• CompTIA Security (current)

Accepted Certifications (one required)

• CompTIA Security
• Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
• MCSA Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
• MCITP Windows Client (Desktop Support or Desktop Administrator)
