What Youll Do
In this role youll be a key part of a small high-performing team supporting enterprise IT systems and end users. Youll:
- Support the implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage and monitor client/server storage and network environments
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (escalation) support
- Troubleshoot system issues and apply patches updates and configuration changes
- Manage user accounts password resets VPN access and PKI-related tasks
- Configure and maintain Windows Linux and UNIX systems
- Support virtualized and storage environments
- Document processes SOPs and troubleshooting procedures
- Contribute to reports and technical deliverables
- Use ticketing systems and internal tools to track and resolve issues
Youll also provide hands-on support to users both at headquarters and across the enterprisedelivering excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Work Environment
- On-site support: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Small team environment (<10 people) with strong collaboration
- Direct interaction with end users and mission stakeholders

Youre a problem-solver who enjoys working in dynamic environments and supporting mission-critical systems.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator (or similar role)
- Bachelors degree in a technical field. Experience can be used in lieu of degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (required)
- CompTIA Security (current)
Accepted Certifications (one required)
- CompTIA Security
- Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA-IT Infrastructure)
- MCSA Desktop (Windows 7 or Windows 8)
- MCITP Windows Client (Desktop Support or Desktop Administrator)

Pay Range $59150.00 - $106925.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
