Placon a recognized leader in thermoformed packaging for over 60 years is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to support recruiting employee relations Massachusetts leave-of-absence administration and a broad range of HR functions at our West Springfield MA facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships solving problems and contributing to a positive engaging workplace culture.

Schedule

Full-time MondayFriday 7 AM 4 PM Onsite

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing screening interviewing offers)
• Support employee relations conflict resolution and coaching conversations
• Administer MA leave programs (PFML ADA accommodations internal LOA processes)
• Maintain HRIS data employee files and required documentation
• Assist with onboarding orientation and policy interpretation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
• Review job description for full list of job duties

What Were Looking For

• 3 - 5 years of HR experience required
• Experience with recruiting and employee relations
• Experience with MA leave administration strongly preferred
• Strong communication confidentiality and problemsolving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
