Black Stone Physical Medicine is growing and looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our established pain management team. For over 10 years weve helped patients across the southern Willamette Valley find relief and improve their quality of life-and were looking for a provider whos passionate about doing the same.

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our clinic youll evaluate diagnose and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. Youll work closely with an experienced team that includes two PAs and a board-certified pain management physician with the autonomy to practice independently after training and support available whenever needed.

What Youll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform physical exams and document care in the EMR
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and procedures
• Coordinate care with referring and primary care providers
• Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner

• Competitive base salary: $120000$150000 (DOE) RVU bonus structure
• Total compensation potential: $120000$250000
• No weekends evenings holidays or call
• Consistent weekday schedule (typically 85)

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current certification (PA-C or NP) and active licensure
• 13 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a care team
• Comfort with EMR documentation and medical terminology
