Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures
Monitor patients vital signs throughout the surgical process
Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
Evaluate patients preoperatively to determine appropriate anesthesia plans
Provide postoperative care and pain management for patients
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices
Participate in ongoing education and training programs
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements
Associate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Anesthesia
Current and valid CRNA certification and state licensure
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to patient safety and quality care
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
Willingness to work collaboratively within a team setting
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-3p
No call requirement
Case Mix: General surgery ENT (including pediatrics) urology gynecology podiatry orthopedics obstetrics GI minor vascular procedures and sedation for radiology
Must be comfortable with spinal epidural and US-guided regional anesthesia
Fully independent practice
Board certification required
