Position Title: Operations Executive
Location: PAN India
Reporting To: Territory Manager
Department: Inspection - Claims
Objective:
To support end-to-end motor insurance claim operations by coordinating surveys conducting video surveys liaising with workshops and clients and ensuring accurate and timely submission of claim reports on insurer portals while maintaining proper documentation and follow-up for closure.
Accountability:
Coordinate with clients and survey teams to schedule and manage motor claim surveys efficiently.
Conduct video-based motor claim surveys for cases assigned by clients ensuring accuracy completeness and adherence to process guidelines.
Communicate with authorized workshops to collect repair invoices and repaired vehicle images (RI photos).
Ensure timely upload and submission of survey reports and claim documentation on insurance company client portals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim-related activities for tracking and audit purposes.
Follow up with clients surveyors workshops and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure closure of claims within defined timelines.
Monitor claim status and address delays or discrepancies proactively.
Competencies:
Strong understanding of motor insurance claim processes and survey coordination.
Effective communication and coordination skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Experience:
12 years of relevant experience in motor claims handling survey coordination or insurance operations.
Prior exposure to insurance company processes client portals and claim documentation is required.
Preferred qualification: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.
