Operations/ Logistics

We are looking for Operations / Forensics Specialists to support a diagnostic study aimed at minimizing pilferage transit losses and inventory shrinkage across Xpressbees’ pan India logistics network. The ideal candidate has strong hands on exposure to logistics operations (hub / DC / last mile) and a keen eye for identifying process gaps control weaknesses and pilferage patterns. You will work closely with operations security finance and tech teams to analyse data and on ground practices identify “dark spots” in the network and recommend a robust control framework.
