As a Jr. Finance Coordinator youll be providing support on a variety of finance and logistics tasks. This role will be responsible for supporting courier logistics office administration activities and basic finance documentation support.

In this role you will:

• Assist with basic finance documentation and compliance coordination
• Help prepare courier documents
• Coordinate with internal teams and external business partners
• Support bookkeeping-related documentation
• Verify office supply stocks and coordinate replenishment orders
• Coordinate and track office facility AMCs
• Assist with WD event coordination in Mumbai and Bangalore

Location:This role is available for onsite work in our Mumbai Office (Jogeshwari West).

Schedule: Our work hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent professional knowledge gained by combination of education and/or work experience
• Prior experience with finance related tasks and documentation is helpful
• Prior experience in a variety of office administration tasks is helpful
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude patience and strong customer service skills are necessary
