What awaits you/ Job Profile

We are looking for a forward thinking Cloud & AI Security Engineer to design implement and govern the security foundations of an Engineering Workflow Platform that leverages AI systems and autonomous agents.

In this role you will ensure that AI models agents and communication protocols operate securely responsibly and in full compliance with corporate security privacy and regulatory standards. You will work at the intersection of cloud security AI governance and platform engineering enabling safe collaboration between engineering tools services and AI agents.

A strong focus lies on privacy by design anti data leakage mechanisms and secure AI interaction patterns ensuring that sensitive engineering data is protected across the entire lifecycle from ingestion and processing to inference and agenttoagent communication.

What should you bring along

1. Design and enforce security architectures for cloud based AI driven platforms.
2. Define and implement security controls for AI systems and agentic architectures including secure A2A MCP and service to service communication.
3. Establish AI governance compliance and responsible AI guardrails aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
4. Design and operate privacy preserving mechanisms including data minimization access control anonymization and encryption.
5. Set standards for anti data leakage protections for autonomous intelligent components.
6. Secure identity authentication authorization and trust boundaries between agents services and platforms.
7. Assess monitor and mitigate security risks across AI pipelines cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
8. Document security architectures threat models and compliance concepts for AI enabled platforms.

Must have technical skill

1. Bachelors degree in AI Cybersecurity Computer Science or a related field.
2. Strong experience in cloud security and cloud native applications and architectures.
3. Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication.
4. Solid understanding of IAM systems including OIDC / oAuth2 and SAML.
5. Knowledge of privacy engineering and data protection principles (e.g. data minimization encryption access policies).
6. Strong analytical thinking and system-level design skills.

Good to have technical skills

1. Hands on experience with security concepts for AI systems such as model access control prompt security and inference isolation.
2. Experience with LLM based systems agentic systems or orchestration frameworks.
3. Knowledge of AI governance frameworks responsible AI or regulatory requirements (e.g. AI risk management).
4. Experience with zero trust architectures.
5. Exposure to engineering platforms or PLM environments.
6. AWS cloud security or AI related certifications.
