Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Own lead and/or assist with implementation of change by taking ownership for projects and communicate actions/results as needed.

  • Plan execute and track variety of Supply Chain projects both internally and in coordination with contract manufacturers

  • Communicate across functional and leadership teams to inform them of project status communicate risks elevate issues present recommendations and implement modifications to project plans in order to manage scope budget and timeline.

  • Manage cross-functional teams and activities leading to the successful execution of assigned projects.

  • Manage and track project scope schedule and budget relative to the established goals and timeline.

  • Lead Systems based implementations for Site Supply Chain.

  • Support cross functional teams to perform root-cause investigations and deviation resolution for moderately complex problem.

  • Author impact assessments and root cause analysis for major and critical deviations to maintain routine manufacturing operations and determine appropriate CAPA

  • Support data-based deviation resolution and improvement projects for Supply Chain

  • Support Supply Chain through risk assessments and remediation measures for critical quality issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience; OR

  • Masters degree and 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possesses good planning and organizational skills coupled with strong communication time management skills and aptitude for working with computer systems to plan and manage supply chain requirements.

  • Demonstrates an in depth understanding and application of principles concepts practices and standards along with an in depth knowledge of industry practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability of moderately complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.

  • Proficient in ERP system software with emphasis in the Operations / Supply Chain functionality.

  • Knowledgeable in cGMP operations functionality.

  • Knowledge and experience with Quality Management System and Quality Records Management such as Deviations and CAPAs.

The salary range for this position is: $107185.00 - $138710.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation including experience qualifications and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role) paid time off and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical dental vision and life insurance plans*.
