Responsibilities

• Provide wide varieties of top-notch secretarial and administrative support within a compact and professional team to the senior management
• Manage and scrutinize large volumes of digital and physical information timely
• Complete multiple tasks and meet demands in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
• Perform English and Chinese audio transcription and handle business correspondence adeptly
• Retrieve maintain and archive extensive physical filing including photo capture and scanning
• Administer ad hoc projects with precision and reliability

Requirements

• Degree holder or Diploma holder in any discipline
• At least five years of relevant experience in sizable organizations
• Good team player with strong articulation and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter with a keen eye for details
• Proven track record of strong professional and personal integrity
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and exhibit flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve issues
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when required
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Audio typing skill is a plus
• Physical filing and storage experience is an advantage
