• Coach daily membership conversion and help the team improve week over week
• Train objection-handling and closing skills
• Drive upgrades and retail habits that lift average ticket

• Execute daily booking activity: calls texts follow-ups reschedules confirmations
• Reduce cancellations and improve show rates through consistent follow-up
• Maximize provider utilization and protect schedule flow

• Maintain standards: opening/closing cleanliness cash handling protocols
• Resolve guest concerns quickly calmly and professionally
• Run quick daily huddles and weekly coaching check-ins

• 2 years in a membership-based sales environment (spa fitness studio wellness med spa etc.)
• Experience coaching a team to hit sales goals
• Organized dependable and comfortable with KPIs and booking/POS systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
