Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business development client management and day-to-day operational coordination in our trading organization catering to the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be organized efficient and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
Role Overview:The role focuses on driving business growth through a mix of new client acquisition and account management while also ensuring strong coordination with internal teams for proposals and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new clients in hospitality real estate and related sectors
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue
- Present and sell product solutions (furniture furnishings kitchen & laundry equipment etc.)
- Generate leads through market mapping networking and references
- Conduct client meetings presentations and site visits
- Prepare and support in quotations proposals and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing order processing and execution
- Track sales pipeline closures and revenue targets
- Maintain client communication follow-ups and relationship management
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer requirements
Key Requirements:- 38 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Exposure to hospitality interiors furniture or project sales preferred
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both new business development and key account management
- Basic proficiency in Excel email communication and presentations (PPTs)
- Self-driven target-oriented and willing to travel within the city
