Job Summary
Job Title: Associate Structures
Location - Gurgaon
Qualification
/ B.E. in Civil Engineering
/ M.E. in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Structural / Infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design and analysis activities for infrastructure projects
Review and approve structural design calculations drawings and reports
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design integration and project execution
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and design teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications quality standards and applicable codes
Participate in design reviews client meetings and technical discussions
Support project planning design deliverables and timely submission of documents
Coordinate with drafting and BIM teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings/models
Software Skills
Proficiency in MIDAS STAAD Pro and BIM 360
Knowledge of advanced structural analysis tools will be an advantage
Key Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of structural design and infrastructure systems
Ability to manage design deliverables independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination with internal teams and clients
Leadership skills and ability to guide team members effectively
