Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Up to 14.00 per hour 37.5 or 27.5 hour per week Ofsted Rating - Good
Housed in a carefully converted building specifically designed with children in mind our clients Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a place where happiness and learning sit at the heart of everything. This is a setting that truly understands how children learn best - blending adult-led activities with child-initiated play to create a rich balanced environment where curiosity is encouraged and every child feels at home.
They are now looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a meaningful role in every childs early years journey.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A solid understanding of EYFS and child-led learning approaches
- Warm nurturing and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
- Reliable enthusiastic and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality play-based care and early years education within your designated room
- Supporting and facilitating both adult-led activities and child-initiated play in line with EYFS
- Creating a happy safe and stimulating environment where every child feels secure and inspired
- Observing and documenting childrens learning and development sharing progress with families
- Building warm trusting relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Contributing positively to the team and the wider nursery community
