What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A solid understanding of EYFS and child-led learning approaches
Warm nurturing and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
Reliable enthusiastic and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality play-based care and early years education within your designated room
Supporting and facilitating both adult-led activities and child-initiated play in line with EYFS
Creating a happy safe and stimulating environment where every child feels secure and inspired
Observing and documenting childrens learning and development sharing progress with families
Building warm trusting relationships with children parents and colleagues
Contributing positively to the team and the wider nursery community
